How fans find a secret plan
You cannot search for a secret plan in the public plan list. You need the link shared by the creator. If its member cap has been reached, the link does not let you join.
Who can create one?
The adopted official research describes one automatically created secret plan per eligible top-tier (Premium-contract) creator. This creator contract is separate from the fan Premium membership.
Price and member limits
The default is a plan named “Secret plan”, priced at ¥0 per month with a member cap of one. Creators can edit the name, price and cap. A member cap is required and can be raised, but not lowered. Always check the actual price on the join screen: the default does not establish the current price.
