What name will show on my card statement?
Your statement will show a name other than "myfans". myfans does not publish the exact wording, but the name used for your own purchases appears in your purchase history. Checked 26 Oct 2026 against myfans help pages. myfans
Which payment methods work?
The official list is Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards, BitCash, Paidy, atone and pay-later (convenience store or bank ATM). Debit and prepaid cards are accepted, though myfans notes some cards may not work. American Express, PayPay and local methods such as PromptPay aren't on the official list. myfans doesn't say whether cards issued outside Japan are accepted. The English edition of myfans help says JCB cards cannot be saved in advance and must be entered on an external payment screen. The current Japanese edition does not state this. Why is the charge higher than the plan price?

Why is there a separate ¥1,980 charge?

Can I get a receipt?
The official help does not explain how fans can obtain a receipt or invoice. Purchase history shows the item, creator name, amount, purchase date including renewals, payment method, card last four digits and statement name. Why can't I see a creator's posts after I cancel?
For a regular monthly plan, posts tied to the plan stop being viewable on the day you cancel, and there are no prorated refunds. Plans renew automatically, so cancel by the day before renewal. Bundle plans (several months paid together) work differently: myfans says bundles cancelled on or after 14 Nov 2025, 19:10 JST stay viewable until the end of the paid term. How do I cancel and check what I'm subscribed to?

How do I cancel myfans Premium?
Open Account → Purchases & saves → Subscribed plans → Other subscribed plans → myfans Premium → Cancel, then complete the confirmation steps. How can I tell a creator is real?
Open the creator's page on myfans.jp itself and pay only inside myfans with the methods it lists. Impersonating others is against myfans' terms. If someone sends you to another app or asks you to pay by bank transfer, gift card or crypto, treat it as a red flag. Is it OK to buy through an agent or share an account?
myfans' terms say only the account holder may register, and lending or transferring an ID or password, or letting a third party use your account, is prohibited. How do I delete my myfans account?
First cancel every creator plan and myfans Premium. You cannot delete your account while either is active. A bundle also prevents deletion until its term ends, even if you cancel it. Can I still view single posts I bought after I cancel a plan?
If myfans removes a post for a legal or terms violation, or the creator withdraws, a purchased single post also becomes unviewable. Checked 29 Oct 2026. myfans help: cancellation; removal and withdrawal.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
For a card-paid plan (bundles included), the plan is shown as payment failed and its content cannot be viewed during that period; sample videos remain viewable. Change your payment method and complete re-payment within 14 days of the failure and viewing resumes. If re-payment is not completed within 14 days, the plan is cancelled automatically. This procedure does not apply to Paidy, atone or BitCash. Checked 29 Oct 2026 against myfans help.
