MyFans Privacy and Account Settings for Fans

Updated 8 October 2026 · Based on MyFans’ official help centre

Most of what you might want to check or change on MyFans lives under Account. This guide covers your purchase and viewing history, what MyFans says creators can see, your login details, and how to close your account.

Your purchase and viewing history

Purchase history (購入履歴) is under Account → Purchased/Saved (購入・保存). It lists each purchase’s type (plan, including free plans, single post, tip or super comment), the creator’s name, the amount, the date (renewals included), the payment method and the last four digits of the card used. Filters at the top let you narrow it by date or type.

Viewing history (視聴履歴) is under Home. It shows the posts you’ve viewed and their creators, and you can remove any post from the list with the bin icon.

What creators can see

MyFans counts you as a creator’s “fan” (ファン) if you currently subscribe to one of their plans (free plans included), have bought a single post from them, or have sent them a tip or super comment. Cancelling a plan removes you from that group.

Creators can send messages, including paid DM-only content, to groups such as their followers, fans who tipped and plan subscribers, and can filter subscribers by how many months they’ve stayed. Premium creators can also target their top 100 buyers by spend.

Anyone can like a post, even one they can’t open, so a like doesn’t mean someone bought it. MyFans doesn’t publish a full list of the details a creator can see about each fan.

If you block a creator, any follow between you is removed and your messages with them are hidden. Your blocked list is under Account → Settings (設定) → Blocked accounts (ブロックしたアカウント).

Login security and account details

To change your email, go to Account → Settings (設定) → Email settings (メールアドレス設定) and confirm the new address from the verification email. MyFans treats upper and lower case as different, so type it exactly.

Repeated failed logins can lock you out for 3–4 days. If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it from “パスワードをお忘れの方” on the login screen. If you signed up through X (Twitter), your account has no password until you set one.

Your ID (username) can be changed up to three times, with 30 days between changes, and changing it changes your profile URL. You can’t log in with it. Your name and date of birth are under Settings → 本人情報.

You can switch off email notifications under Settings → Email notifications (メール通知設定), though MyFans still sends some important notices. To change your verified phone number, go to Settings → Phone verification (電話番号認証) → 電話番号を変更する.

Deleting your account

Before you can delete your account, cancel every creator plan you subscribe to and any myfans Premium membership. See our cancellation guide.

Log in, then complete the account deletion (退会) form. MyFans doesn’t send a confirmation email; the on-screen message confirms it’s done.

MyFans says it deletes the card details of deleted accounts. Emails already queued before you left may still arrive. If they keep coming, check that the deletion went through and that you don’t have a second account.

Quick answers

Can a creator see my purchases?

MyFans says buying a single post, sending a tip or subscribing to a plan makes you one of that creator’s fans, and creators can message groups such as subscribers and tippers. It doesn’t publish exactly what else a creator sees.

Can I have a second MyFans account?

Yes, with a different email address for each account. But one phone number can verify only one account, and if you forget your login MyFans asks you to contact support rather than open a new account.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscriptions?

No. You have to cancel your plans and Premium first; MyFans won’t let you delete the account until you do.
