How to Cancel a MyFans Subscription
Cancel by the day before your renewal date. MyFans won’t refund a charge if you cancel on the renewal day itself.
Step by step
- Open your libraryGo to Account information (アカウント情報) → Purchased/Saved (購入・保存) → Library (ライブラリ).
- Find the planChoose Active plans (加入中のプラン) and tap the ⋯ menu on the plan you want to stop.
- CancelChoose “Cancel this plan” (このプランを解約する), pick a reason, tick the confirmations and press Cancel (解約する).
What happens after you cancel
You lose access to a plan’s posts as soon as you cancel. Bundles bought under MyFans’ current rules stay viewable until the contracted term ends.
There is no prorated refund for cancelling mid-term. If you rejoin the same plan, you pay again.
MyFans Premium is a separate subscription with its own cancellation steps.
Deleting your account
You cannot delete your account while you are still subscribed to a creator or to MyFans Premium, so cancel those first. If you bought a bundle, you can’t delete your account until its term ends, even after cancelling. MyFans does not send a completion email — the on-screen message confirms it.
