MyFans Sign-Up and Login Problems: Fixes for Overseas Fans
Most MyFans sign-up problems come down to the email address, the login method or phone verification. Work through these before contacting support.
Verification email not arriving
Check the address for typos. MyFans registers it with the exact upper and lower case you typed.
Look in your spam folder and allow the myfans.jp domain. MyFans says Hotmail and Outlook often block its emails and recommends Gmail; if nothing arrives, try an address on a different domain.
An email address you never verified counts as unregistered, so you can’t log in with it.
Can’t log in
Don’t create a second account by mistake — you may lose access to the first one.
Repeated failed attempts can lock login for 3–4 days.
If you signed up with X (Twitter), your account has no password: use the X login button, or set a password first.
Type your email exactly as registered, including capital letters.
Phone verification
You can’t pay until your phone number is verified by SMS or voice call. 050 numbers aren’t accepted, and one number can verify only one account.
If an error appears, turn off Google Translate or any other browser translation and try again.
A non-Japanese mobile number works; you don’t need a Japanese one.
