MyFans Tips, Single Posts and Messages Explained
Besides monthly plans, MyFans lets you buy individual posts, send tips and message creators. Here is how each one works, what it costs and the Japanese labels to look for.
Single posts (単品)
Creators can sell individual posts outside their plans. Prices range from ¥100 to ¥50,000 per post.
Posts you have bought appear under Purchased (購入済み) in your library. If the creator later deletes a post, you can still view it there. You lose access if MyFans removes the post for breaking the law or its terms, or if the creator closes their account.
Single purchases are recorded separately from plans in your library. Cancelling a plan removes that plan’s posts straight away; MyFans’ help centre doesn’t say that cancelling a plan removes posts you bought individually.
Tips (チップ) and super comments (スーパーコメント)
You can send a creator a tip, or a super comment — a highlighted paid comment. Each one can be ¥100 to ¥5,000.
Tips and super comments can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or JCB card, or Paidy. BitCash, atone and deferred payment don’t work for them.
Sending a tip or super comment makes you one of that creator’s fans (ファン).
Messages (メッセージ)
Open Messages (メッセージ), choose the Creator tab (クリエイター), open the creator’s thread, type and send.
You can only write once the creator has opened a message room for you. Until then you will see “メッセージルームが開放されていません” (the message room is not open), and fans can’t open it themselves. Whether a room opens depends on the creator’s settings and your history with them.
Some creators also sell content only through messages (DM限定販売).
Most creators write in Japanese. Short, polite messages in simple English — or run through a translator — are usually the best way to start.
Checking what you paid
Go to Account (アカウント) → Purchased/Saved (購入・保存) → Purchase history (購入履歴). It lists every plan, single post, tip and super comment with the creator, amount, date, payment method and the last four digits of the card used. A filter at the top narrows it by date or type.

Quick answers
Are tips refundable?
MyFans’ help centre doesn’t describe any refund for tips, so treat a tip as final once sent.
Does sending a message cost money?
MyFans’ help centre doesn’t describe a charge for ordinary messages. Content a creator sells through messages is paid.
Can I keep single posts after I unsubscribe?
They stay in your Purchased library, which is separate from plans, and MyFans doesn’t say that cancelling a plan removes them. You do lose them if MyFans removes the post or the creator closes their account.
