About Cosplay on MyFans
Cosplay (コスプレ) is huge in Japan, from big events such as Comiket to dedicated photo sessions. Cosplayers recreate characters from anime, manga and games, and many put serious work into costumes, wigs, props and photography.
Japanese cosplay creators on MyFans typically post themed photo sets and videos, often grouped by character or series, along with behind-the-scenes shots that do not appear on their public social accounts. A creator can run several plans at different prices, each unlocking different posts, and can also sell individual sets. Some plans use loyalty unlocks or back-number plans, so check which posts a plan includes before you subscribe. Explicit content made in Japan is mosaicked by law, and MyFans enforces this on every post.
Search MyFans for コスプレ in katakana, plus related terms such as コスプレイヤー (cosplayer) and レイヤー, the common short form. Adding a character or series name in Japanese can help narrow results. Our guide to free posts and the back catalogue explains why some older sets stay locked after you join.
