Charged ¥21,780 by myfans? Check Your Plans and Premium

Short answer

Open your myfans purchase history and compare the date, amount and statement name with your card statement.

An unfamiliar charge may be a creator plan, a separate Premium subscription or another purchase. Check your records before assuming what it is.

Check purchase history

In myfans, select Account, then Purchases & saves, then Purchase history. Open a purchase to see the product type, creator, amount, date and payment details. Automatic renewals are included; paid purchases show the statement name and the last four card digits.

Compare active subscriptions

Check your creator plans and myfans Premium separately. Premium costs ¥1,980 per month plus a purchase fee; an annual option also exists. myfans lists ¥21,780, ¥22,572 and ¥23,760 as possible Premium charges in its support form. A matching amount alone does not establish what your charge is. Check your own purchase record and any other account you may have used.

If you still do not recognise it

Contact myfans through its support form if the charge remains unexplained. myfans says an account may be suspended if a card company reports an unauthorised payment or a user reports an unfamiliar payment to their card company. You can still contact your card issuer promptly if you suspect fraud; follow its advice.

Stop future renewals
