Short answer
If MyFans shows you a warning in Japanese and translation tools give you a garbled version, start here. This page lists the exact wording MyFans’ own help centre gives for each message, what it means, and what to do next.
Payment and renewal messages
These are the messages overseas fans see most. The English column is our plain translation; where MyFans’ English help centre uses its own wording, we give that too.

If your MyFans interface is set to English, an unpaid plan triggers a pop-up instead, and some features are restricted until you deal with it. MyFans’ English help describes the buttons as “Proceed to the Payment Screen”, then “Update Payment Information Now”, then “Complete Payment”. To cancel instead, tap the “…” icon on each plan showing “Update Payment Information Now”. The restrictions stay while any plan still shows the notice, so retry or cancel every one of them.
If a card keeps failing after you update it, MyFans suggests adding a new payment method and trying again, and cancelling the plan if payment still won’t go through. Our card declined guide covers the checks to make first.

Problems that don’t come with a fixed message
Some common problems have no exact wording in the help centre, so we describe them rather than quote them.
Phone verification errors: MyFans shows the error only as a screenshot in its help article, and says it can happen when Google Translate or another external translation tool is switched on. Turn translation off and verify again. Our phone verification guide covers the rest.
Login blocked after several failed attempts: MyFans may restrict login for security, and you then need to wait 3–4 days before trying again. Don’t create a new account while you wait — MyFans warns that doing so can stop you getting back into the original one.
Verification email missing: check the address, including upper and lower case, look in spam and allow the myfans.jp domain. MyFans recommends Gmail and says Hotmail and Outlook often block its messages.
Before you contact MyFans support
If a message isn’t listed here, or the fix doesn’t work, MyFans asks you to use its contact form with: the URL of the post, your device, your browser, the error shown, a screenshot of the error screen and the fixes you’ve already tried.
Two quick checks solve many display problems: make sure you’re logged in to the account you paid with, and turn off browser page translation. MyFans says translation can break parts of the site, and recommends its built-in language setting (言語設定) instead.

What does 決済失敗中 mean on MyFans?
Your card renewal failed and that plan’s paid posts are locked. Update your payment method and pay again within 14 days, or the plan is cancelled automatically.
Why does MyFans say no usable card is registered when my card works everywhere else?
MyFans’ payment company can refuse certain cards, and MyFans says it can’t tell you which ones. The fix is a different card or another payment method — see paying without a credit card.
Is the high-traffic message really about traffic?
Usually not. MyFans says the most common reason for that screen is that the post has been deleted.
