Check whether the plan is actually closing
A plan can disappear from non-members' view because the creator has stopped new sign-ups. That alone does not establish that your subscription has ended.
Read the creator's notice and check your account. Record the announced closing date, whether the notice asks you to cancel, and the current plan status. Keep a copy of the notice. A lack of new posts, a future closing announcement and a deleted plan are different things to ask about.
Find your contract and payment
Check these two account screens:
- Active plans: Account → Purchased/Saved (購入・保存) → Library (ライブラリ) → Active plans (加入中のプラン). This shows the next renewal date. Official renewal-date guide
- Purchase history: Account → Purchased/Saved → Purchase history (購入履歴). Check the creator, purchase date, amount, payment method and statement descriptor. Official purchase-history guide
Identify which arrangement you have:
| Your contract | What matters |
|---|---|
| Monthly plan | The usual rule for cancelling it yourself is immediate loss of access with no refund for unused days. The deletion guide does not specify a general monthly-plan closure refund. |
| Upfront 3-, 6- or 12-month bundle | You paid for the term in one charge. Check how much of that term remains at the proposed deletion date. |
| Older bundle billed monthly | Some older contracts continue monthly payments through their term. Voluntary cancellation does not remove those remaining payments. The deletion guide does not explain how early creator closure affects them; ask MyFans about your contract. |

What the early bundle-closure rules say
MyFans normally requires the creator to keep a bundle plan running through subscribers' purchased periods. Where early deletion is unavoidable, its creator-facing instructions require:
- A DM to subscribers at least one month before deletion.
- A stop to new plan sign-ups and bundle purchases.
- Creator-funded refunds for remaining bundle months, arranged with subscribers by DM.
- Contact with MyFans so its staff can delete the plan.
These are instructions for the creator. They do not describe an automatic payment from MyFans to you. Official deletion procedure
Ask about the remaining period
Ask the creator which months the proposed arrangement covers, the amount and currency, the payment method and the expected date. Ask for written confirmation of the amount and timing.
The deletion guide leaves part-used months, discount calculations, purchase fees and repayment timing unspecified. Ask for these details if they affect your case.
If the creator is unreachable, the arrangement has not happened, or your contract or billing status is unclear, use the official MyFans contact form. Explain the dates and ask what applies to your account. Submitting a request does not establish that a refund will be approved.
Older bundles need particular care: official pages differ on whether historical access rules depend on when you contracted or when you cancelled. Ask MyFans before relying on continued access for an older contract. User bundle guide, creator bundle guide, access after cancellation
Prepare a clear, private inquiry
Include the plan and creator names, contract length, purchase dates, payment amounts, closing notice, and any cancellation you performed yourself. Add the current plan status and the specific question you need answered.
For a billing inquiry, the official form asks for relevant statement or notification screenshots showing the amount, merchant, time and whether the charge is final. Remove unrelated transactions and personal details. Enter contact details only where the official form requests them. Never send a password, login code, full card number or card security code. A card entry appearing after the closing date may relate to an earlier purchase: MyFans says card debit timing depends on the card company. Compare it with your purchase history before describing it as a new post-closure charge. Official billing guide
