Paying for myfans from Thailand
Thai fans hit a specific problem: a card that works elsewhere gets declined on a Japanese fan site. This page separates what myfans officially states from what your bank decides, so you can tell which half is failing.

What your bank controls (general guidance)
Whether a Thai-issued card can pay an overseas website is a bank-side setting. Many cards restrict overseas online payments until you enable them. Check your own bank's app or branch for the overseas/online payment option and online limit before retrying. We don't publish bank-by-bank instructions.
