Check what each charge is for
Premium and creator plans are separate contracts and bill independently. Holding both can result in two charges. An unfamiliar charge is not proof that you joined Premium: check the purchase history before drawing a conclusion. myfans says card statements do not show the name "myfans" directly; compare the statement name with your purchase history. If you cannot identify a charge, use the official contact form.
Price and features
The official help lists ¥1,980 per month plus the purchase fee. It describes an annual plan as equivalent to ¥1,650 per month; this is not a monthly billing promise. Tax treatment is not specified. Features listed are high-quality viewing up to 4K, seek-bar preview, scene jump and playlists. Some posts are excluded. The help does not describe a separate product named "Premium HD".
How to cancel Premium
Open Account → Purchase / Saved → Joined plans. At the bottom, find myfans Premium under Other joined plans and select cancellation. Cancellation takes effect immediately: Premium functions stop, and there is no prorated refund.

Cancel each contract separately
